公司关于无冲突金属的采购政策的声明:
冲突金属，是指金（Au），钽（Ta），钨（W），钴（Co）和锡（Sn）等金属，来自于刚果民主共和国非政府军事团体或非法军事派别所控制冲突地区的矿区。当地军事团体取得的非法采矿利润是从公民中盗窃得来的，而且在刚果民主共和国东部造成侵犯人权，环境恶化。
优邦/优诺严格遵守《电子行业行为准则》，只从对环境和社会负责的原材料供应商采购材料。并要求我们的原材料供应商与他们的供应链进行商业上合理的尽责调查，以保证提供给优邦/优诺的原料中使用的金属不是由刚果民主共和国(DRC)冲突区域之矿区开采或循非法走私途径取得。特此声明。

Ubond and Eunow hereby declare:
Conflict metals refer to metals such as gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tungsten (W), cobalt (Co) and tin (Sn), which come from conflict areas controlled by non-governmental military groups or illegal military factions in the Democratic Republic of Congo Mining area. The illegal mining profits obtained by local military groups were stolen from citizens and caused human rights violations and environmental degradation in the eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo. 
Ubond and Eunow strictly abide by the "Code of Conduct for the Electronics Industry" and only purchase materials from raw material suppliers that are responsible for the environment and society. We also require our raw material suppliers to conduct commercially reasonable due diligence with their supply chain to ensure that the metals used in the raw materials provided to Ubond/Eunow are not mined or recycled by mining areas in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) conflict zone or obtained through illegal smuggling.
